Did the nurse just escape? I think that because you can see school nurse on the door which should mean outside the door. Now i think he had to lure all the zombies into the room run out and black the door. Our i could just be insane.

No offense, but the expression is all mixed up, the eyebrows state that she/he is angry, but the hand to the mouth is a gasp, maybe a surprised eyebrow would work.
